I ordered three in my original order. You sent two of the right color. The third one sent from a different location was the WRONG colour. I sent it back with photos and a CLEAR note that it was the WRONG colour. Guess what they sent you back, same WRONG color all over again. Now I have to try to get it back so you don't charge me again. It would be nice to be able to talk to a REAL person instead of running back and forth. This knitting yarn was a pleasure to work with. I have never worked with such a thin thread, and the lace from it turned out so delicate and thin! Exactly what I was looking for☺️ Would love to try other colors in the future! I have the color light blue (can't remember the real name) and it looks exactly like the picture.
