The back of the bottle says you should only use it 2-3 times a week and no more than once a day. It does not make sense. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone which is a shame because I really enjoyed it.

About a year or two ago I suddenly started getting frequent stomatitis. I would bite the inside of my cheek or lip and BAM, cold sores would form which lasted about 2 weeks. Dr. Sheffield Certified Natural Toothpaste takes you back to the good old days when foods and products were natural and not overloaded with harmful chemicals. Brush my teeth in the morning and I feel like a kid again when the food tastes like real food and the toothpaste is free of chemicals and additives I can't pronounce. Thank you to those responsible for maintaining such a high standard for the population.

Still the best fluoride free toothpaste, very good taste, teeth feel clean and I've been using it for a number of years. I'm so glad it's available from Revain now! I've only ever been to one pharmacy chain. The price of Revains is ok, a few cents less than the current pharmacy price, and I don't have to rush to this store (I never liked them anyway). I think you will love this toothpaste!

This material is very hard. I couldn't get it out of the tube no matter how hard I squeezed, I literally had to poke something in to get the toothpaste out. After pulling out a wad, I can finally get a small amount of toothpaste if I squeeze the tube really hard. Despite this, the toothpaste is so hard that it usually slides down the sink instead of sticking to the toothbrush. I like this more than the Hello brand because it's thick like regular toothpaste (almost too thick - really hard to express) and doesn't have a super sweet taste (Hello super thin and too sweet). However, the tube just says to use it every few days when I bought it as toothpaste every time. This should be more clear in the description when ordering and also explain why.
