It removes large particles well, but does not collect milk powder, flowers, etc. well. The bristles are very soft so they don't scratch surfaces. I had something similar before that I used to clean up the formula I spilled off the rack and it cleaned up well but it doesn't, I still have to wipe the surface after the words so it defeats the purpose of using it .
