HG Primer Eyes on Makeup

This is only the second primer I've used and I don't think I'll ever need to try any of the more expensive ones. I have very oily eyelids, without foundation the shadows roll off in an hour or two. I used the ELF primer before and it lasted a bit longer. With this primer my eyeshadow now lasts 10 hours without a single crease! It might look a bit boring at the end of the day, but after 10 hours everything is back to normal. I never thought I could wear eyeshadow for more than a few hours with…

Not 100% but for the price it's pretty good. I have the second day.

This product is very close to Urban Decay's primer, not 100%, but for the price it works very well. I've been wearing it for the second day now and have quite cheap eye shadows in several colors. He lasted all day successfully and same thing yesterday. I would say if you want Urban Decay quality at NYC Cosmetics price then go for it.

An amazing primer for oily eyelids with a cap.

I really like this eye primer. I have closed eyelids and this really helps keep my eyeliner and shadow from creasing and smearing throughout the day. I usually apply this primer and then apply a translucent powder on top before applying eyeshadow and my eyeshadow lasts ALL DAY - a rarity for me. The price can only cheer. If you have oily eyelids with droopy eyelids, this could be just what you need!

UNBELIEVABLE ! for make-up

Although I am 51 years old, I have oily skin and eyelids. I train too. I've tried several eyeshadow bases. While most people start off well, by the end of the day my shade is wrinkling, especially after a workout. I used the product for the first time yesterday. I trained twice a day at different times, totaling over 2 hours. At 9pm my eye makeup looked the same as when I first applied it at 5am! It's lightweight, not sticky or chalky and feels great on the eyelids. I would highly recommend and
