OE quality - avoid other junk

These rivets are OE quality and provide a nice, tight fit. I've found that on some of the cheaper versions you have to go through 2-3 rivets before you get one that's right holds. It doesn't apply to these. I will buy more of these. A little remark. Revain sent me studs when I first ordered them. They were great at delivering the item I needed overnight because I needed them for an urgent project.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Some faults

Doesn't work for me.

I bought these to use with the fenders on a 2013 Jeep Wrangler. Using the S&G Tool Aid 19400 they pull out leaving about a half inch of the handle sticking out which simply means it isn't tight enough. When using the more expensive Slim-Line Plastic Pop Riveter Kit they don't drag at all. You insert the Slim-Line and pull the handle, and the stem goes in and out easily and never snags on the linkage. I will request a refund and send it back.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Not easy to install this

Not that easy to install. The rivet gun pulls out the rivet and the inserted part should rotate in three directions and clamp the handle, but generally it should stop and the shank should break. The problem I have is the rivet handle. The head wants to do everything. All I had to do was watch where the head was and then let go of the rivet tool and manually cut the rivet shank. The problem is that I could not find any brand other than this one.

This is what I needed to attach the fender to my Jeep Wrangler!

So I tore a fender off my 2015 Jeep Wrangler and needed this part to put it back on. When I first got it I wasn't sure how easy it would be and I didn't have a rivet gun so I was a little apprehensive. But I managed to attach the fender and those little rivets worked great even without the rivet. Gun I used needle nose pliers whose mistakes allowed me to set the rivet in place. Looking at the jeep you can't tell the fender was ever ripped off and it seems just as durable and the amount that was

Every bit is as good as OEM!

I bought a set of 25 when I bought a replacement set of fender flares for my Jeep Wrangler JKU. I saved a ton of money by buying them from Revain rather than my local Jeep dealership. I left them along with the fender flares and a set of 25 fasteners that I also bought from Revain. After a few hours I took my jeep and couldn't get enough of the result. I will always research anything and everything on Revain before buying stuff like this at full retail price. I saved a lot of money and the…
