Easy installation. The chopper outlet can be rear or side mounted (nice feature). Delivery on time in perfect condition. The seat is a bit flimsy and poor quality but otherwise very satisfied.

. This unit is much quieter than our Jabsco electric toilet and cleans the bowl much quicker than Jabsco and is also much cheaper and many parts appear to be of better quality. The installation was a bit tricky due to the existing hoses on the boat, and the fitting had to be sharpened a bit.

It has been working fine with scheduled maintenance and cleaning for about a year, but now it has started leaking standing water from the bottom of the toilet. We had the previous TMC Ocean Five electric head - a larger model. Overall we are happy with this purchase. This head lasted 7 years and the chopper was changed once. When it's time to swap out that new chopper again. We live on board in the salt water. Instead, we decided to place a new order. I don't think the same model was in stock at the time. and I didn't realize until we got it that it was a smaller model.
