I like it very much. Looks stylish and expensive. I always replace all of the light switches and paneling in my homes and it's a little more expensive than most decorative metal switches, but it's worth the extra cost.

I chose 4 instead of 5 because the metal around the holes is thicker than the ceramic cover I had previously and it sits slightly higher than the dowel holes -Stuff (receiver?) The plate is painted smooth medium white and the indentations are accented with a light (very light) mustard gray white. It's really beautiful. I bought to decorate our bathroom where we replaced an old ugly bathtub with a quality faux marble shower stall, very light gray with white marble. I can't repaint the room right

Should have read the reviews more carefully as many have complained about the colour. That's good, but they don't look good next to some pure white, and the gray is much more contrasting than the picture shows. Although they appear to be of excellent quality I hope they paint well.

We have a 1928 house. We recently painted the house, redid the floors and tiled the kitchen floor to ceiling. It looked great, but it took something to tie it all together. It's amazing what the switch plate can do. I have included a picture of the switch plate with the new finish and the old standard plastic on the marble tile. I also included a picture of what it looks like on our glass tile. Gives that old school wealth. Restore the gear's appearance without incurring high costs! I love her!
