Cheap junk good for the electrics

When I received this order I was as disappointed as a flat tyre. I was expecting metal nuts to fit my ΒΌ" impact drill chuck. I wasn't expecting a very cheap plastic POS that wouldn't fit and fall out of my chuck. I wouldn't recommend it.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Great electric nut installer

I just tie the wires together and let the wrench tighten the electric nut. I even dropped a few afterwords and he twisted the wires properly to make good contact. You don't need to pre-twist the wires while doing this in your driver.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Reliability

Don't be a fool, they got me

This is the cheese product I've ever used. I wouldn't take them if they gave me back what I gave them. Make no mistake this is all because I used this ferrule and the bit on the 2nd wire nut broke. Yes I've been installing wire nuts since 1985 so they have to be overtightened, I had to hand tighten them which made it pointless to buy them anyway. Don't waste your money on this crap

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Unreliable

Everything is plastic and breaks easily.

The big one did a great job on the winged wire nut. I tightened 1 connection, tripped over the drill and the screwdriver broke right at the end of the hex rendering it completely unusable. 1 wire nut. one! Other drivers do not work with wing nuts. Sorry but they are all plastic and can last longer than 1 connection but there are better tools out there. It's very frustrating when you have a house full of building kits and the tool breaks the first time. Update: I've come up with a great use for…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
