Of our 96 rolls only 92 arrived. In addition to the 4 missing rolls, three were soiled and two were brown paper. The original packaging had obviously been opened and repackaged, allowing some of the reels to be taken out. Our address label was then torn off and pasted onto a plain box that arrived at our home. In a pandemic, I can't blame anyone. Unfortunately we could not post pictures of the box. Our name and address were on it. Toilet paper is ok.

This is the best toilet paper. It's very likely, as anyone can. I have to say that while I may not be a picky shopper when it comes to the softness of my toilet paper, I also don't like toilet paper that is too soft. If it's very soft, it won't do its job as expected. The real Joe does his job very well. It's great for septic systems and it's a great price! That's all I wanted and that's what I got with Genuine Joe. I will buy more and more Genuine Joe!

I found the product very good and a bargain. However, my second purchase from this order came in absolutely horrible packaging. The rolls were thrown into the box at random, many flattened or crushed and some stained with dirt, as if they had fallen on the floor, been kicked and thrown into the box. Along with the toilet paper rolls were four rolls of non-stick plastic tape with the letter "S" repeated, and a set of printed instructions for sports supplies. It should have been 96 toilet paper…
