Arrived on time and installed without any problems, no problem. Works as it should even though I only wear it for 2 days but looks good.

GMB water pump: water pump

Use this water pump in my 1985 BMW 535i. Highly recommended by my community of BMW e28 5 Series colleagues and I am very happy with the product.

Pros
  • 100% factory tested for leaks and dimensional accuracy
Cons
  • interval

A good part though.

I have already ordered this pump kit and everything was fine. Is for e28, 535i by the way. This time the kit did not have the same gasket. I can only assume that the pump must have been a return and was somehow mixed up. I installed it using RTV's "gasket maker" (which I've done many times on many cars over the decades). Everything should be fine, but due to this error I have to pause the review a bit.

Pros
  • Kit includes all parts needed for easy installation
Cons
  • Not the best
