While this is an annual warranty, there are many different types of annual warranties; not at all as good as the expiration date with a good year's warranty that costs $23 more per tire, but it's a much better tire and well worth the extra money spent on it. I would not recommend buying this Goodyear tire with a year round radial warranty.

I have my own tire shop, so I know these tires from mounting to road conditions. They don't have any real setup features. Use high pressure when fitting, and the cartridge doesn't need a valve core, otherwise (like many car tires) they won't seat easily. They're not bad on the road in terms of noise or handling. They were easy to balance and had good grip in wet conditions. 1st snow (so no road salt) and they had great grip, we'll see how they do in the deeper snow.

The bottom line is that when I brought these tires to be fitted I was told they were used tires. They also lacked markings, such as colored dots, to indicate that the tires were new, and when Discount Tires treaded them, they showed that these tires had been worn for around 1,000 miles. I bought 2 last year and they were really new tires so I clicked the buy again tab in my account. Nowhere in the advertising for these tires does it say that they are used tyres.
