I ordered shoes, they looked great. I ordered a size 9 and when they arrived I could barely put them on as they were snug and tight. I told them I need 9.5 and returned the shoes. Got another pair of 9s in the mail, didn't even try them on as they were exactly the same as what I sent back. I sent them back stating again that I need a size up and got word today that another pair in size 9 (spare) will be sent. Somehow I have to rip it off and get a refund when I bought a pair that actually fit.

These hats are very comfortable and offer great support. I've used them for indoor racquetball and indoor pickleball this winter and haven't had any problems.

This is the best hat I've ever had. I play pickleball outdoors about 3 times a week. The upper and sole hold up great, especially when compared to other Head and K-Swiss shoes (which have terrible customer service btw).

I don't like everything about this shoe but I like the idea of what it's trying to do. As with most new generation running shoes, the build quality is very good. It feels very strong and durable. However, you may be sacrificing flexibility and mobility until you fully break these shoes in.

Disappointed with how the shoe feels in tennis. The sole is hard, almost like hard plastic. I can't move easily on the pitch. The first pair of Head tennis shoes and possibly the last.
