This is super cool! I ordered it to be able to connect to Bluetooth devices in the finished basement living area. There is a good entertainment center here, which would be used much more often if we could play (connect) without any problems.

Great set at a great price! I can't wait to install. There's a lot I can't rate but it arrived quickly, I've installed other Herdio home products and they work great. I have an old intercom system and am hoping to hook it up as a replacement for the home base as the other speakers all work. That would be stunning. Will update after install and let you know if it's working, with the bonus of connecting to existing speakers.

Nice setup. Comes with everything you need to mount to the ceiling or wall if required. Templates help to avoid mistakes. Each speaker is rated at 150 watts and will sound better in the ceiling than when I tested them outdoors. The instructions were satisfactory, easy to read and understand, and the pictures helped me get set up right away and the first time. Well I have several different Herdio speaker and amplifier systems and am very happy with them. However, they recently replaced the speakers they use with screws instead of fingers that snap and grip the back of the drywall, and now they just use spring lugs like some of the cheap LED panels. However, for a speaker I'm just not comfortable with, it holds up well and doesn't rattle or even fall out. 3 stars for the installation because if you follow the instructions you will end up doing something wrong. Instructions must be processed once. If you have basic knowledge of electrical engineering, you are in good hands. I attached the entire unit to the wall with an access panel. I threw away the 12V DC adapter because I didn't want the cord hanging from the front of the receiver to look messy. But remember. You can't have truly wireless speakers, especially in your walls etc. You either need wires for the audio signal, or you need wires to power the bluetooth receiver, but they must have some wires lol =) It's also worth mentioning . price, you won't get top performance from them.
