It does not work. Always off when on!

Very disappointed. The product arrived and looked good but when I installed and used it the light to show it was on went off and didn't come on again until I took the whole thing out and slapped it on my arm. Tried all outlets, still not working. I'm not sure if I just got a bad one in the bunch, but I won't buy it again. I sent the heater back the next day after receiving it.

Pros
  • safety glass construction; Watertight seal
Cons
  • No automatic

COOKING FISH WITHOUT TEMPERATURE CONTROL ATTENTION!

THERE IS NO TEMPERATURE CONTROL! Watch your fish. I have 2 thermometers in the tank. This thing was on it's lowest setting and went up to 84. Thank goodness we checked it out. It is packed and ready to be returned! If you care about your fish, DO NOT ORDER THIS. IF YOU DON'T WANT THEM TO COOK ALIVE! Sorry I hate writing bad reviews but this is a defective product and should be given a warning or taken from Revain.

Pros
  • Includes suction cup mount for easy and secure installation
Cons
  • Can't remember

Favorite heater

I've had a few aquarium heaters, but not many. These have been my favorites so far. They're inexpensive, adjustable (in my house they can comfortably heat from 5 gallons to 20 with regulation), and are fairly consistent in terms of temperature/temperature control. I currently have two faucets, 10 gallons each with an auger, and keep the temp at about 76 F all the time. I had a breakdown after owning it for six months, but I've just moved and it's just fine in mine Auto squeezed as I was trying…

Pros
  • Submersible heater for freshwater and saltwater aquariums or reservoirs
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
