I love the hydro spin nozzle. It is very different from the usual pulsating jet. This hand shower is better than the much more expensive ones I've had in the past.

I have ordered another hand held shower for another bathroom. I bought my first one about three years ago and am very happy with it. More than enough water flow for a 2.5 GPM rating and multiple useful spray options make it a top choice.

Does the job well. The pressure was very low initially, so I unplugged the water saver plug (it's a small black piece of plastic with three holes you can see if you look at the back of the shower head) and then plugged it back in. After that, the water pressure rose to an acceptable level, but by no means exploded. Overall, this is a great replacement for a shower head.

It was the cheapest hand shower I could find with free shipping so it's for actually takes me less than the gas I would spend on a trip to my local hardware store. He's definitely right. The "Hydrospin" is less exciting than it sounds, just a jet coming out of the center of the faucet, it doesn't feel any different on the skin. Pulse mode is good and then there's the standard spray. I'm sure you could get a better shower head if you spent more money. If all you want is simple, this is perfect.
