It's long and strong

There's nothing like fishing with gloved hands or trying to move it up inside the beaker with another magnet. Just throw this guy in your jar and you can keep the nasty stirrer at a safe distance, ready to clean.

Magnetic stirrer probe

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Accommodates stirrers but works better when the stirrer is pushed out of reach of the magnet in the stirrer or better removed when the container is no longer in contact with the magnetic stirrer.

This is a plastic stick with a magnet inside. I think it works but I expected more. Not worth the price.

First, does it work? YUP! I'm sure it will work. BUT! For $8 I was expecting a little more than JUST a piece of plastic with a magnet in it. There is no metal inside, not smooth at all. They just cut out a piece of plastic, another one, a magnet, and glued it all together. More design effort please? What do I want/expect? Well, if it were a teflon-coated metal stick, it would be nice and smooth, like stir-sticks. That would be nice! It wouldn't be very expensive, and it would cost $8! Maybe…
