No strength

I love how they work with cotton. It's like painting with watercolors. Wash cotton first. After varnishing I leave the finished work for 24 hours, then iron it with a hot (no steam) iron for 3-6 minutes. I washed two of my designs; 1) I hand washed and tumble dried, 2) others with a load of towels machine washed with warm water and tumble dried. I wanted to make sure the design didn't bleed or fade. Pros
  • This is amazing

  • Some bugs

Works great with canvas bags

Disclaimer: I'm new to needlework and don't really know what I'm doing. But they worked great for my purposes. I decorated and personalized canvas bags to give away for Christmas. All the colors were great - very bright and vibrant on the screen. I applied a little with a small brush and some with a sponge and found it easy to control where the paint lay on either side. I've also tried applying it to the fabric directly from the bottle but too much color comes out. I also bought a Textile-Color

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Great product, fun to use, endless possibilities.

I bought these dyes on a trial basis. I wanted to try knitting polyester fabric without the use of harsh chemicals or heat. Although the product is actually a dye (the color sits ON the fibre) and not a dye (the color penetrates the fibre), the color is liquid and spreads like paint, making it ideal for creating a watercolor or tie-dye effect suitable . I added some water. to the paint to help him move on. Tiny tubes are great for trying out lots of colors or when you've created a small design…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember
