We bought this a few years ago. Now it still looks like new. Amazing product! Now we just added another bathroom, will definitely buy again. Preferably!

Beautiful and stylish! Perfectly holds a toilet paper roll and a box of tissues. Seems to be strong. It seemed easy to install (my contractor did it).

Looks exactly like the photo. A great compliment for the vanity is the large gap. The only complaint is that water can pool on the faucet head and leave residue, but other than that minor inconvenience, it's great!

Small problem with flat rubber washer to fit typical 3/8 inch compression valve. Compression fittings cut into flat washers. So you will need to buy some 00 compression rubber washers to fit and also use a dremel tool to create a bigger hole for more water flow as nobody sells those with a larger inner diameter. Also a good big faucet that we need for kitchen sinks.

The shelf is very well made. The chrome finish is stylish, and the thickness of the glass shelf is large and beautiful. Ease of installation. Make sure you use the correct anchors for the walls you are attaching the shelf to. Mounting to a wall is best, but when installing in drywall, use quality toggle screws or other strong anchors. I wouldn't trust the small plastic wall anchors that came with the unit, they are too small to hold.

I bought it for my washroom. The previous faucet had to be replaced because the braided hose failed and flooded my basement before I could get hold of it and turn it off. Couldn't find any pre-purchase tech diagrams, setup pdf, or images to show the insides/under the counter area. It uses the same type of braided hose that penetrates deep into the case and is not serviceable. Pretty stupid considering you're supposed to replace those steel braided hoses every 5-7 years.
