Waste of money, terrible results

Arts and crafts require creativity, but using this product, our team found that the finished dresses looked nothing like the vibrant images shown on the packaging. The pattern lacked detail and direction, making it incredibly frustrating to follow. The only pro is that the materials felt sturdy, but that doesn't make up for the wasted time and effort. In conclusion, we wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking to create beautiful dresses for children.

Pros
  • Easy to follow instructions for creating children's dresses in sizes 3-6.
Cons
  • Only includes patterns for dresses and does not offer a variety of other children's clothing options.

simple and sweet

For this pattern you will need elastic for the armholes and neckline. Best with knitted material. I didn't use the pattern but it looks easy. I liked not taking apart the patterns at JoAnns but just ordering what I want.

Pros
  • Pattern and sewing instructions included
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Adjustable

Easy pattern using the sleeved version, but I found the sleeveless version had some issues adjusting the armhole size. I'm an experienced seamstress so I was able to adapt, but a beginner may have some issues. I made this for a size 5. I also added a little cut closer to the waist to shape it, granddaughter is very slim. A friend who made the same pattern added an elastic around the waist so she didn't think it looked "sleazy." Works well both ways.

Pros
  • Size: CCE (3-4-5-6)
Cons
  • Quick Start Guide
