Itchy at best, moldy at worst

These gloves not only itched when I took them out of the box, they smelled awful. It turned out to be MOLD. There were patches of mildew on the suede palms and the stench was what I suspected. And my very allergic husband sniffed a lot when I told him they smelled funny. BAD LUCK.

Warm and comfortable but poorly cut

The gloves were initially great, very warm and comfortable, but pretty quickly it turned out that they were actually not that well made. Most of the stitching is pretty poorly done so after a few uses the velcro that secures the mitten flap to the back of the glove when not in use came loose (you can actually see the very loose stitching in the promotional image used for the Mitten advertises comfortable Velcro design). It was easy enough to repair itself and it didn't really bother me anyway…

To be honest these gloves are terrible. Unfortunately I bought two pairs and both fell apart within 6 hours of wearing. Serious. Both couples. On the second day of daily wear, both had the lining of the "glove" portion peeling away from the fabric of the outer shell, exposing my fingertips without constant readjusting and making sure they were covered in a damaged lining The design was basically unusable. Save yourself the trouble - do not buy

I really want to like these gloves. I love the colour, the fit, the feel and the style. Unfortunately, the gloves' oily smell makes them unwearable. I can finish them off in moments and my skin smells like gloves. I certainly can't wear them for long. Extremely disappointed with this product. They are also not genuine Thinsulate branded gloves so there is false advertising here which I certainly do not endorse. I'm leaving my original comments but adding this.
