It didn't work without it.

Recent posterior tibial tendon transplant with calcaneal osteotomy. After the operation, the leg must be elevated for two weeks. At 6ft 1in I was concerned about the length and amount of support this pillow could provide. she was perfect The wedge piece sat under my hip and supported my knee and leg with no discomfort. It's much more stable than stacking. Pillow. I really recommended this to my doctor as a must have for any of his patients undergoing similar procedures. The cover is very soft…

TKR fits best in leg positioning pads

I have both knees replaced one at a time. I have an instep cushion but it doesn't have the ability to keep my foot in place. I used it to freeze my knees, it's very comfortable and stabilizes my leg very well. I'm 5'8" and the wedge slides all the way up the back of my thigh. I'm not sure how comfortable this will be for someone with short legs because you'll be lying on part of it. I hope that won't be a problem but it's something to think about. The main reason I wanted her to be stable is…

Fantastic leg lifter

I recently had bursitis and hammer toe surgery and knew I needed to find something to hold my leg up. I bought it and it saved my life. I toss and turn normally and knew I needed something more stable than pillows. This foam leg lift is very comfortable and I love that it wraps around your foot without being too restrictive. For me it has helped keep my foot in a comfortable position and still elevated. It is very durable and the cover is washable as mine has been washed a few times with no…

The best elevated foot pad.

Needed a high pillow to rest leg after delicate foot surgery. I looked in drugstores but found nothing and there is no insurance either. So I decided to check out Revain and Bingo, it had the perfect raised pillow I needed and it's so soft and gentle yet durable to hold its shape. This is the perfect pillow that has helped reduce swelling in my foot. after surgery and protects her from crossing her other leg with mine. I love this pillow and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs to…

Essential for anyone who has to undergo foot surgery

A week before my foot surgery I was looking for something to help me keep my foot up. The doctor's postoperative instruction was to keep the leg at heart level for the first week. I looked at many products on Revain and settled on the Milliard Foam Leg Lift Cushion. Unlike other similar items, this one supported both the lower leg and the foot. It didn't dangle my leg over the end. When you first receive the device, it takes about an hour to unpack and see it in full size. It's a soft but…

Must have for knee surgery!

I purchased this foam leg lift at the recommendation of others who have had ACL surgery. I highly recommend ordering this leg lift if you are going to have surgery and need your leg elevated. It's a hassle to keep the pillows together, especially since my leg didn't fall off. For those of you who know you won't be able to lift your leg on your own for the first few days after surgery, this is a huge benefit. This foam lift is perfect because my leg can't fall out so I can sleep soundly all…

Everything you need: comfort, protection and height

I was in an accident and broke my ankle in 2 places. THIS pillow was perfect. I did my best in this pillow situation and didn't realize how much strain I was putting on my knee until it got to my door. He eased that pain the moment I put my foot on him. It relieves the knee and offers comfort and stability. Rise is perfect, reduces puffiness! This allowed me to keep it elevated without aggravating the constant fluffing and repositioning of those cushions. I also need to add the extra protection

Great height for post-operative foot, leg or knee surgery!

This elevator stays in place to keep your toes above your nose. Always consult your doctor or surgeon. I had extensive foot surgery last year and used pillows to hold my foot up day and night. It was difficult as the pillows were slippery, especially at night. My knee hurt from lack of support. This year I got a different leg. This year I saw the Millard Foam Leg Elevator at Revain. Doesn't matter! The grove is anatomically correct and allows for easy repositioning while maintaining leg height…
