We bought 2 such shower heads and have been using them for about 4 months. We love how easy it is to raise and lower the shower heads, and they feel solid when raised. The magnet holds well. We never had any problems with them. There are many good spray options and the pressure is good. This showerhead replaced a Waterpik that had a cracked plastic mount. It was pretty easy to install, although I had to do it twice.
