I walked 1000 feet for a Category 6 HDMI installation. Total cable length was 2000 feet, only my Category 5 wires worked. If the telco issued a certificate, all the Cat6 lines would fail. Bought for a few short runs (50 feet) for my home network. Since I'm broke and have lots of connectors lying around, I also spent hours crimping RJ45 connectors on these cables to make short 6" patch cords for my panel.
