Buy 4 pairs! for shoes

Have you ever walked through all the shoe shops in town while your child screams that his feet hurt from every shoe? 8. 8 local shoe stores and I ran out of options. I had to buy online or wear flip flops until snow season. I was sure I would return another unused pair of shoes. Quote from my kid "They are PERFECT!" Now these are the only shoes I will buy! Real pants (not that soft foam that breaks after a bike ride). My child needed a very large toe box and often complained of the shoesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Useless functions

The only shoes I buy for my grandson who has wide feet.

This brand and style is the only tennis shoe I buy for my granddaughter. They're easy to slip on and off and are perfect for her wide, chubby little legs with limited range of motion. All other brands of tennis shoes are uncomfortable for them. NewBalance is the brand I've been buying her since she started running and she's 3 years old now. I will continue to buy this brand for its comfort and quality. I always buy her 2 or 3 colors of the same style if she needs a different size. These shoesโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel

  • Definitely bad product

This is what you need if you are looking for XW shoes for children

We have ordered this model many times. My boys have XW shoes which are very hard to find. This style is fairly easy to do, except that the velcro on the new model is very strong, making it almost impossible for a child to untie and re-do it yourself. The older model has double velcro without the N logo. They work much better than this model. Even my 8 year old found it very difficult to deal with. The black piece at the tips of the toes comes off very easily, we have to keep gluing it on. Thisโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Only available in white

If Your Child Wears Braces Read This Review

If you're looking for a shoe that fits your child, look no further! I tested several styles with and without laces, tried the Nike Fly (which claims to be designed specifically for kids with special needs), and a few others. Nothing beats a pair of new XW scales. I don't even have to order a size up! Not to mention they're cute too! Note to parents: do not take models with laces. Stick to this and you will save a lot of time and effort putting it on and taking it off your child's legโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • It's Fine

Great for wide feet with low volume but one shoe has a defective sole

This is our second pair of these shoes (the size has been increased as the first pair has grown). My son loves them (he has a very wide metatarsus but little foot volume and they fit him well. In our experience they fit true to size) but one of the shoes has a defective sole (which is why I took off 1 star but I will). say if we didn't have a previous pair that held up perfectly I would rate it 1 star). I had a cobbler fix it twice (each time it cost $13 to fix) and it literally came off again.

Pros
  • Sample for a year
Cons
  • Good but not great

Ideal for demanding and hard-to-please toddlers.

School told my new preschooler who lives in sneakers and slippers because he says his feet hurt needs to wear sneakers with velcro for sports! So what was I up to!?! I knew that New Balance made shoes for adults in wide, extra wide and bigger, so I decided to start with that. and I'm lucky! Finally my toddler has a pair of traditional tennis shoes that he says fit his feet well. Based on a not so scientific "mother test" I think he has extra room in his toe box but I also increased the size byโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
