Had to send it back. The waist fitted, but I'm small and the plastic straps dug into my armpits when I adjusted the shoulder straps to the correct length for my torso.

Not sure if I ordered the wrong size. I got Wednesday. I have a 39" bust/chest. The belt buckles dig into my front shoulders and forearms. I ended up sending it back because it was inconvenient for me.

I see what this is supposed to do, but I'm a tall man who lifts weights (6ft 1210lbs, waist 34") and this posture brace doesn't have enough Resistance can severely affect my posture. This is also visible under a shirt. If you are taller this may not work for you.

It's a little difficult to put on and tidy up, but once you do you'll be amazed at how it holds you straight. Wearing it for too long can be uncomfortable, more than a few hours, but it shows and teaches you how to start noticing and correcting your own posture. I used a different type of brace for some injured ribs and a misaligned spine and pelvis. I just felt like it wasn't giving me what I needed. I do heavy handwork and needed something that would support more areas. I love this support. It gives me support around my ribs and also helps support my spine. It's also made me more aware of how I behave when I'm not wearing it, so I don't sag as much, which also helps my spine. The armpits can be a bit uncomfortable but I didn't find any support that…
