I used a different type of brace for some injured ribs and a misaligned spine and pelvis. I just felt like it wasn't giving me what I needed. I do heavy handwork and needed something that would support more areas. I love this support. It gives me support around my ribs and also helps support my spine. It's also made me more aware of how I behave when I'm not wearing it, so I don't sag as much, which also helps my spine. The armpits can be a bit uncomfortable but I didn't find any support that felt like my own skin. I recommend this product. Arrived quickly, corresponds to the picture and the description.
