Singer Power Lead Cord for Model 401, 403, 404 - 3 Pin Plug - By NGOSEW Review

The handmade manufacturer here didn't bother with the original Bakelite pedal because I change machines during production and I'm more comfortable with clamshell pedals. The Singer 401A is a beast, I'm so happy I've fully restored my work. This is the second product I have purchased from NGOSEW and I am just as happy with it as I was with the first. I bought this for a 301 I just got that has a frayed original cable. The picture looked the same as the original cable so I gave it a try. It works great here. If you have a Singer Centennial 301 (serial number from the first 10000) this will suit you. It will probably work on other models with two separate cables as well, but I'm not sure about that, so you'll have to look for other models yourself. With a great price and free returns, it's worth trying your Vintage Singer.

This product will work with my Singer 201-2 and will probably fit any of those old Singer 3 pin connectors which are handy interchangeable. Please note that if your machine requires a power cord and foot pedal (pedal) combination, this is not what you need. I had to bend the brass clamps on my Singer 201 a bit to get it to fit.
