I've had fairly good results with this. I just wish they would offer it with a low gloss which I prefer to the very high gloss of this product. I was able to achieve the desired result by wet sanding the floor with 1000 grit sandpaper after application, but this doubled the project time. I think next time I'll try REJUVINATE.
