🔧 PT Auto Warehouse TC-TO002-P - Tailgate Lift Support Cable, 11.18" Length - Left/Right Review

Installed yesterday. They seem friendly and strong. I used my old screws because the new ones didn't fit in the torx, but they will still be fine.

I bought these because my old cables were getting rusty and breaking. I just installed these new ones and they fit the Toyota Tundra 05 very well. Very strong cables. I had to move two dual gas ovens stacked on top of each other that bent my back door when the ovens stood on it, but the cables easily held so much weight.

I RESTORED A 1984 DODGE RAMPAGE MINI PICKUP. I HAVE MEASURED THE ORIGINAL CABLES AND FOUND THAT THESE MEASUREMENTS ARE CLOSE TO WHAT I NEED AS MOST OF THE OTHER CABLES AVAILABLE ARE ABOUT 17 INCHES OR LARGER. I HAVE TO MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO THE END OF THE EYES TO USE ON MY RAMPAGE. THE END OF THE EYE MUST BE OPENED WITH A UNI-BIT DRILL. IT WAS A SPRING THAT ALSO MUST BE REMOVED. DREMEL CUTTING WHEEL DOES A GOOD WORK. THAT'S ALL, I NOW HAVE A MATCHING SET OF NEW REAR DOOR WIRES ON MY RAMPAGE…
