Great butterfly cage at a great price. Very easy to wash. We use the cage for Project Monarch. Note that we didn't screw on the bottom white base plate...every day we place paper towels on the plate and fresh spurge cuttings in the vase and flowers. We did this so that daily cleaning of the cage is efficient and takes only a few minutes. We simply lift the screen housing and clean the bottom white base panel, replace the dirty paper towels with new, clean ones, and put in the fresh cut-outs. So

I have purchased several of these cages and they are well made and have not caused any problems. However, these two cells that I bought from the same brand do not reach the quality of the originals I bought! Changed the quality of the screens and screws to a cheaper quality and now the screens and screws are rusting. I don't know if rust is bad for my chameleons, I hope not! I realize it's time for these cages to return, but it's taken that long for them to start rusting and I'm just letting…

Easy to damage, good for reptiles and amphibians

The thing had problems from day one considering that the screws were so difficult to pull in that I only had to screw them in pulled some of them up and had them sit halfway because they were holding him and it really started hurting my arm when I tried to force it. The holes weren't made big enough and I don't have a drill to fix them myself. The next problem is how weak they are. It's easy to knock over, even if it's just an inch from the edge. Even the protection broke off when it fell, so…
