Use thicker paper.

I didn't know what to expect from this pasta. The effect surprised me. I painted over the texture paste to show the details. I would suggest using thicker paper. I had to reinforce the back of the sheet I used because it wrinkled during the drying process. But I like the end result.

Great Products

Great Product! I was completely surprised at how it absorbs all the moisture. Remember, if you apply it directly to the canvas, it may wick a little. I would recommend applying a base coat before applying. The thicker you apply the paste, the more likely some of it will peel off. But even with a very thin layer you can still see the effect! 10/10 would buy again

Pros
  • Art Glues and Pastes
Cons
  • Available in White Only

Great replacement for Games Workshop products

As you can see from my drawings, this product creates deep cracks similar to a river bed. At first I was afraid it wouldn't set, but as it dries it gets a lot of texture. It has the approximate texture of a cool whip and is easy to apply. It doesn't level itself, so apply it with a flat tool and smooth out all the points. Minor imperfections in the smoothness of application are desirable, as they create a realistic texture. Full disclosure, before applying I apply a thin coat of Elmer's glue…

Pros
  • Adhesives
Cons
  • Large and bulky
