🕶️ Premium Polarized Replacement Lenses for Holbrook Sunglasses Review

I bought these lenses to replace my (scratched) Oakley lenses that I've had for years. They look great straight away and match the frame perfectly. But after about 6 months the lens coating started to fall apart at the edges and even the center started to wear out. See attached photo. Really disappointed. I think the Oakleys are expensive for a reason.

One lens was fine, the other had several scratches in the center of the lens. They appear to be of decent quality and fit but will come back unless they want a replacement. I will in no way pay for scratched lenses. Apparently they sent my replacement lenses to the wrong person. They have since sent another replacement kit to the correct address and refunded the original purchase.

I never write reviews but these exceeded my expectations. They fit very well, just like the originals. I bought polarized ones and they work just like the original glasses. The original glasses were scratched and I needed new glasses for the summer. As the frame is in great condition I decided to try them out rather than buy a new one and I'm so happy to buy them. I can highly recommend these glasses.

I used SeekOptics on my GasCan Oakley many years ago and had no problems but these Holbrooks aren't as good. Externally the lenses look good, but the view through the lenses is terrible! Very bad optics and lenses are "wavy" and strain the eyes. The lenses were a bit difficult to fit into the frame as the tolerances on these lenses from other manufacturers are not up to par. I would look elsewhere for replacement lenses. Disappointing.

I don't know why but they just don't look that sharp and the color showing through them is weird. Very different from the original Oakley lenses. They are VERY easy to smudge. They can get windy and need cleaning. I won't buy these again. I have blue with polarization.
