Solid seam. Good temperature resistance.

In the past I've bought a couple of much cheaper welding gloves that fell apart after a few jobs. They cost twice as much as cheap gloves. Excellent heat resistance and strong seam. Hopefully they will last a year or two.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • has flaws

Revainrating 3 out of 5

low quality; I do not recommend.

My son used them in class for about two hours and they were already torn and frayed. If you look at the photo you can tell the texture of the leather from glove to glove. Also, the vulnerability makes it unsafe to use. He welded the plate and burned himself through and through. The seams appear to be very weak.

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • Durability

That's great. - Laboratory, safety and work gloves

As a welder I have had trouble finding gloves that give me good dexterity without sacrificing heat protection. It's the best of both worlds and they're padded in all the right places. I am very impressed with them and will definitely buy a second pair for them. Note: I spent over 80 hours welding and manipulating small metal parts before writing this review. They are amazing.

Larger than expected

I ordered a size small knowing it would be too big but it is much larger than expected. Usually a mens small is about 8 inches around the knuckles, but these are just over 9 inches, just 2 inches too big for my small hands. I think they just don't sell good welding gloves for small hands. Hopefully with some Kevlar thread and my trusty sewing machine I can do something about it.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Almost never

Poor dexterity is good for lab, safety, and work gloves

First, my rating is based on a 1-2 minute trial fitting. I bought them for MIG welding and can't test them without ruining them. I plan to bring them back mainly due to the lack of index finger dexterity - the extra piece of leather sewn to the index finger palm adds bulk and limits dexterity, leading to issues with the trigger. Also, these gloves run small.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Probably better for welding than grilling

I bought these gloves thinking they would tolerate moving the grates or removing and refilling the smoker on my grill. The boy was wrong. In less than a second it burned through the middle finger of my right glove and now I have a nice burn on my middle finger which makes writing this review even funnier. So it's probably great for most other uses, but not for getting things out of a pile of hot coals.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Hard to say

But great gloves. in welding gloves

These are great gloves but I weld 6 days a week 12 hours a day straight and after 3 months I almost had them. Being right-handed, I weld to the left, and since I mostly work outdoors, I have to use my left hand to block the wind. Because of these circumstances, as you can see from the photos I posted, the left side is starting to wear out a bit, but faster than the right side. All in all these are great gloves and I will probably replace them with this particular brand.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Safety

Comfort and Durability - Hand and Hand Protection

Edit: They're much more comfortable and less likely to get too hot than Angel Fire gloves! I would recommend them to any little welder who is having a hard time finding the right gloves! 😄original unboxing review: — Hey! I am a small welder and so far I have ordered both the small size gloves and the Angel Afire gloves. Small or medium? Anyway, when I took them out of the box I found them to be much more comfortable and less tight than the Angelfire gloves I bought. If I have trouble with them

Quality materials - great for welding

I've just spent 7 hours MIG welding, acetylene heat bending, grinding and grinding steel with these gloves and they couldn't be better. Really high quality materials. I accidentally grabbed a piece of very hot steel and the glove smoked a bit, but the heat didn't transfer to my skin and the smoking part was completely intact. The inside is soft and comfortable. The only thing I don't like is that when you take off the gloves, the balaclava crumbles a bit, leaving small lint on the hand. But it…

Great gloves for grasping a feral cat

We captured a 1 year old feral cat who took months to consent to being touched for scratching or grooming. While he now comes when called, typically trading treats for his people to scratch his neck or shoulders, it's still difficult to get him into a top-loading travel crate for routine vet visits. To wrap it, you usually have to stand on the stairs and scratch it carefully. from the high shelf to the carrier. Even with a strong web, your hands and wrists remain vulnerable targets. It is not…
