2 " Engineering Square

For aligning drill bits with the work piece on a drill press. Helps by making sure I get a straight hole in my stock. I have the squareness with tested to a friend's shop standard and found to be correct A great item to have in the shop when doing small jobs.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Not as thick as other router bits

Simple, comfortable dandy square

I don't know what else to write. There's nothing special about that. He's square. It's all stainless steel. It is very durable. All of this has already been said. Do you think you can use the hanging hole? I used a magnet to hold it to my tool box.

Pros
  • handy thing
Cons
  • Minor troubles

Engineer Square is the best of the carpenter's squares

This tool saved a life. I built a dollhouse with it. It is very strong and built to last. My son came and wanted to borrow it (I said no because I would never see him again!). I would recommend it to anyone who has a mini hobby.

Pros
  • Testers gave the best grip and durability
Cons
  • Secret

Ideal for work bag

I carry this in my work/tool bag along with small rulers and other random tools that I use frequently. This square is absolutely precise, machined from a single piece of metal and shipped safely in very plain packaging. This thing is great for quick leveling or inspecting industrial parts and actually works better for small factory/desktop applications. I am very happy with it and like to carry it with me on my 6 inch square.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Bite size and strength

Good size to carry in jeans pocket. Dropped twice on cement and not damaged. The size is perfect to check all the small details, suitable for hard-to-reach places, easy to hold. I thought I lost this tool and bought the 4 inch version. Luckily I found 3 inches. I've been using these guitars for about 2 years now. It's too convenient not to have it. If you don't have it, you need it. The 4 inch version wasn't that useful. Finish moving to an 8 inch square for the big stuff. 4 inches is too big…

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Legacy model
