So I give 5 stars because it is exactly what is described and adds a classy touch. It's smaller than I thought it would be though, not bad, I installed mine to the right of the steering column behind the fairing ramp against the window, sort of like old tacs. on some vehicles. there is a great effect. I would only recommend this product for the looks. It became a topic of conversation.

When I received the product, the reel was working fine, but it was obvious that the box was stuck. No matter how I moved it, the step would get stuck at 30 degrees. I used a small flathead screwdriver to remove the bezel and a Phillips screwdriver to remove the protective clear plastic.
