Love it but sometimes it sticks

I use this to cut my cat's U-100 insulin needles. This is much more convenient than having a large needle case that seems to fill up (and takes up a lot of space) very quickly. It fits nicely in a pocket for his glucose reader. I really love this, but sometimes I have to click it multiple times to completely remove the previous pin? These clippers are great for trimming needles from the 26g and 27g needles/syringes I use to give my cat multiple injections each week. I am an insulin dependent diabetic. I use about 5-7 needles a day. Everyone in this boat knows how quickly medical waste accumulates.
