This is terrible. Why did they put holes in her? Are they in cahoots with the detergent manufacturers? SO MANY soap comes out is ridiculous. I was filling the sink with dishes and bubbles came out of the air gap on my countertop. Garbage.

Like many other customer reviews, the bottom plastic piece that holds the sponge in place was brittle and broke when trying to remove the sponge. Very cheaply made. I've had these in the past and I'm not sure what they did with their production, but it's definitely not the level of quality I was expecting.

Whilst I was a little apprehensive about purchasing these pads based on the many negative reviews I am happy to report that they work great with the new improved grip. However, the pads are a bit loose, so I put a thin plastic strap (from a bread bag) in the space between the handle and the pad. This fixed a small wiggling issue. I have two handles, each for a brush or pad head, so this do-it-yourself solution works for me, but it would be annoying if I only had one handle to switch different…

I recommend the Wand Sponge. I've been using it for many years. However, the sponge could have stayed on the back a little better, and I wish they were colors other than the ugly green-yellow and bright blue. So they don't look as flashy next to my nice sink and granite countertops, but they do the dishes and keep soap and water off my hands and manicure, which is why I use them. So love for that reason. Possibly one of the biggest flaws in the product's history. They messed up this product by drilling a 1/4 hole in the sponge that all the soap comes out of within minutes - it just pours out as soon as you fill it while you use it or lay it down. I called Scotch Brite and they said it was a new design, the tiny hole in the handle wasn't supposed to match the soap tunnel they drilled in the scrubber head and they sent me different handles to try. The last packets of blue Scrub Dots I bought spilled after I put them in the container at the back of the sink. This holder is designed to allow water to drain into the sink from a wet sponge. If I fill the wand more than about an inch, the detergent will spill out from the bottom closest to the sponge as I drain. I also keep a small round hole! Just received some of these from Revain in early March 2021 (dispatched and sold by Revain). I suspect they were out of stock for a long time due to a redesign that included a removable hole punch (see pictures). The first set I got had a removable hole. I've had another brand of cookware that was more expensive but didn't hold up, the rubber button you press to squeeze out more soap cracks and breaks over time. This one is so cheap that I don't mind replacing it from time to time. I can say the plastic on these things is less durable/thinner than my other.
