Boye 🧶 Hairpin Lace Crafting Kit Review

This is what I was looking for. Once I started to love this tool. It opens up a whole new world for me. I have been crocheting for over 30 years. always looking for something new to surprise my friends and family. I got it this time. I would tell all crochet lovers this is your next tool.

The pens are long which is nice but the black stripes are total nonsense and don't hold the pens. It is also extremely inconvenient to maneuver the crochet between the bars for each stitch. Spend three times more, which is still less than $15, and get the branded Clover. The only downside to the Clover is that the pins aren't as wide, but you have more room to lace up 100x faster because there's no top bar to get in the way.

Not sure if it was just an accident but that particular set of cleats was awful. It was never secure enough, and towards the end of the first half of my project I used rubber bands and eventually duct tape to secure the clamps so they wouldn't slip off. Needless to say I didn't check my other local craft store so I ordered it online. This weekend I was able to find an AWESOME lace loom that was 1000% better and cheaper. Please check prices when you have time. This file is placed in the .GARBAGE
