Don't like the taste though.

Tastes like a weird cheap pina colada. BUT I don't drink them just for the taste. It mixes well and contains quite a bit of EAA with some electrolytes.

Pros
  • After exercise and recovery
Cons
  • No effect

Works but too cute

We were big fans of the GAT Muscle Martini which they don't seem to make anymore. This product seems very similar but the taste is too sweet even with double the water content.

Pros
  • Sports Nutrition
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Tastes like wood.: Post Workout & Recovery

I usually buy apple and pear flavored BCAAs from BPI Sports before they discontinue them. I've tasted it and I have to say the taste is unbearably awful, it tastes like sawdust and leaves a bad woody taste in the mouth when swallowed. I can't return it because I've already opened it. very disappointing.

Pros
  • Diet & Sports Nutrition
Cons
  • Available in black only
