6'1-185lbs with a 34" waist and MEDIUM size. Not too baggy and not too tight. Overall design wise this is exactly what I was looking for. These are great running shorts. I've had several and none were as comfortable. The integrated liner is excellent and protects the item well. I'm 6ft 1in, 196lbs and have quite a bit of muscle mass. I usually wear a 33 waist size, but I chose medium to large because my quads are a bit bigger. The big one works perfectly. If you're looking for shorts to hold your phone, this isn't the pair for you. I always have my phone in my hand while running, so it wasn't a problem for me.

I bought two pairs in different colors. I liked them so I bought a third pair in a different color. They are comfortable and classy. The only downside I have is that there is a key pocket (which I usually use when I get back to the gym), but it's on the back, just above the base of the spine. This is fine on a treadmill or elliptical trainer, but if you use weight machines you'll be leaning on everything in this bag. A simple rework of moving the pouch forward would solve the problem.
