Ideal for motorcycles

Because the 'Gun' connector has a metal tube that goes into the connector hole and is inserted with a lever, little force or technique is required. Just follow the instructions that come with the kit. The supplied bag offers space for high-pressure gas cylinders. The complete set is very neat and practical. Since in 30 years all the holes I had were nails, screws or other sharp objects, everything could be repaired with it. The best system I have used or found.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Everything ok

But the second went well. So far everything looks great and is holding up.

I bought this item in July 2016 and only used it a few days ago. My wife ran over a propeller the day before work and the tire went flat. She is a nurse and visits patients at home. Most shops were closed on Labor Day and she worried that she would have to cancel her work. I remembered that I have this kit and I gave it a try. The first mushroom plug broke inside the gun. But the second went well. So far everything looks great and is holding its breath. Definitely a must have in any car or…

Highly recommended for motorcyclists

This kit offers a durable and reliable tire repair. Much better than folding plugs. I have it on my bike along with the compressor and multi-tool. You will also need a pair of pliers to attach the end cap as directed. I think it's also better than curved plugs because they rely on the mechanical form of the plug (mushroom head on the inside of the tire) and not just friction to hold it in place. Because of this, I think it's more tolerable. with anti-flat tire additives (like Ride-On) that act…

Easy as f### - Tire repair tools

Boiii, I'll tell you! I used this on my low profile tire. I didn't have time to do the repair myself, but I can say it didn't take more than 30 minutes. I'd say maybe 20. Not only that, but once you trim off the excess rubber it looks like a clean repair. I've never been so excited about a product lol. Update 06/14/2020 It's still holding up amazingly well. The only thing that has changed is that it doesn't look like the 3rd picture anymore. I can't say exactly why, but it's probably a number…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Great but read the instructions!

This kit is just what I needed to fix an old plug that was starting to leak. I stuck a lot of tires myself, so I just took the thing out of the box and drove into town. It was very difficult to pull the gun's trigger, and the three plugs could not fully capture the tire even when the tool was fully seated. THEN I read the instructions. The plug goes into the gun so the little mushroom is like an umbrella turned inside out, and if it becomes difficult to pull the trigger, release the pressure on

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • No automatic

Throw away your dope-based repair kit and grab this.

Not very easy to use and instructions not very good. But if you're at all mechanically inclined. Understand what a tire is. You can make it work. The first I've ever done. The piston pushing on the piston runs along the piston, not straight into the end. The gun jammed and ruined the fork. I keep it in my car since it's one of those new cars with "slime" and a pump repair kit. Your tire changer will NOT patch a tire with slime. If you use street tire repair kit with your BMW/Fiat/Prius, buy…

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Don't get me wrong these kits save lives it's just that this model doesn't work that well with the manual insertion tool the manual screw type (in I have BOTH types so I know what I'm talking about). If this was a manual paste tool review it would be 6 stars! , and car tires. I once had to put two dowels in the same hole to get to a tire shop because I broke the shackle of a LARGE padlock on my truck tire. I will be buying another set or two, I need one (and a small supercharger) in every car I

Works well and is more reliable than threaded strip

It took me two tries the first time I used it for a side panel hole. The trick is to pump the lever very slowly at first to allow the mushroom head to contract and fully enter the nozzle. Lubrication is important here, as it says in many places in the instructions. The spark plugs come pre-lubricated, but I can buy a separate container of tire wax just in case. Puncture and unscrew from the insertion tool when repairing a slow leaking puncture. Simply allow the tire to fully deflate and…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

I had a puncture on an A/T truck tire in Indianapolis and the tire dealer said he was too close to my shoulder to fix it because the patch was coming off could solve. My friend told me to take the tire to his shop and he used this system to do it. I was very impressed. That was 2 years ago and the tires hold air like new. Fast forward to this week: I just tightened a bolt in my everyday hatchback. I used Prime, got the kit and popped the tire in under 15 minutes without removing the wheel! I…

Pros
