So far so good. suitable for desktop computers

So far I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was a little apprehensive about ordering an unbranded system from a company I wasn't familiar with, but after a few hours of working with them I'm happy with my purchase. If there are any problems, I will revise my rating. I was told to expect my computer between March 5th, 2021 and March 10th, 2021 and it arrived early on March 3rd. The system I purchased (i9, 3070, 64GB RAM) arrived in several protective boxes and all components are present and…

Great build! Powerful! And great customer service. 10/10

Good: This PC is a MONSTER! Great build! Excellent quality. I ran SLOBS, Warzone, nVidia Apps/Filters, Sony Vegas and the Chrome browser at the same time. He takes care of everything you throw at him. About 200fps in Warzone at 120fov, medium settings, 1080p. This computer is as loud as a real room fan but can be turned down if needed. He sits next to me and doesn't bother me. I like the performance! I don't care about noise. Just like in a race car, it costs performance. Bad: I wouldn't even…

Worth the investment

Bought this to replace my recently dead gaming computer. In 2012, my gaming PC was the best and I was wary, especially when spending over $3,000. I was able to just pull the strings out of my tote, put them in, and go straight away. Load times are insanely fast, I'm constantly trying to find games to stress test, but I haven't found a game lagging at all yet. Video and audio quality outside of games is far better than what I had (I have a TV and sound system). It's THEEEEEEEEE, they put so much

Faulty system. Bad graphics card. Disable external drives.

It took about a month to see if all the problems were gone, but things got worse. All signs of a failing and/or dying graphics card. Even with Windows running, all the fans get mad like they're being taxed. I'm a video editor and bought this machine to replace a 5 year old HP machine that gave the signals this NEW machine gives at the end. Also, my external drives connected via USB3 ports keep getting disconnected at the worst possible moment. I used an external SSD as a cache for all Adobe…

Permanent BSOD + GPU artifacts Out of the box brand

Purchased in March 2021. I paid over $3200 after tax for this computer after selling my old Alienware. The build quality is poor at best as the PC constantly has a BSOD due to _WHEA_ UNCORRECTABLE ERROR. I called support and they couldn't tell me why I was having these issues. More recently, the GPU is showing artifacts and randomly freezing, which is strange for a 'new' GPU. Unfortunately I threw away the box and packaging the day of delivery so I lost $3,200 and was stuck with a piece of…

Customer service is poor

No problems loading CPU or GPU and running games properly However, the case was damaged upon unboxing and the 3TB hard drive was defective when I emailed the seller and asked him informed of my problems, they exchanged 1 email to confirm my questions, but not so much an apology afterwards. Also, the RGB controller for my fans only toggles RGB on and off without changing colors or patterns. I won't be buying from them again, not because of problems, because something is going on, but because of…
