Although I have to take some responsibility, I was under the impression that this bulb was a "full spectrum" bulb. lamp and not as good as full spectrum.

I changed the bulb in my outdoor security light. This one wasn't nearly as bright as the old one. Technically, I should have read the light output; however, all the ones I examined afterwards were the same. ALWAYS read the light output.

I replaced Sylvania bulbs made in China because the color of the light was slightly different even though they all had the same model number. I noticed.
