Great paint gun, best in the Tools & Equipment category

I used this gun to paint the hood of my retro car. After adjusting the controls to the correct settings, he sprayed paint like glass. The sand practically did not need to be moistened after painting. The spray gun exceeded all my expectations for its value.

You get what you pay for.

I like the feeling that it feels good in the hand. But the main reason it got 3 stars is because when I disassembled it to remove the rust preventative and grease before use, the spray nozzle was CRAZY TIGHTED like it was on. After being clamped in a vise and subjected to body weight, it can come loose. Well, it's time to find out that the company put Puddy on strings that made them CRAZY DOUGH. While this gun looks better than Harbor Freight's super cheap guns, it's essentially the same gun. The biggest difference (price aside) between this and the cheap Harbor Freight gun is how the Harbor Freight gun works. Of course there's a nice aluminum cup, not plastic, and the regulator is included. All that flash is useless if the gun doesn't spray properly. The one I got has an air leak which causes air to get into the paint cup and stop spraying so you end up with a mix of paint and air…

Decent airbrush for the money. Be sure to clean before use!

I needed new spray equipment for spraying car primer, paint and clear coat. 1.8 or 2.0 in my case MUST be completely torn down, cleaned and cleaned before even thinking of using it. There is some thread sealant on the brass part of the gun nozzle and it's really a pain to clean. I have found metal debris on the tip of at least 3 of the 5 guns I have purchased. After setting up the guns I found the 1.3 great for spraying paint. The 1.4 and 1.5 guns are excellent for base coat materials. My 2.0…
