I've made some felt stockings so I'm not a beginner. I've just started this. Arrival minimum! They contain "templates" for cutting out parts, but they are wrong. You have to make a copy of the stocking or you won't know where to go. I've made mistakes and have to cut off a piece to make a photocopy of the stocking. I do NOT recommend this product or kits, especially for beginners.

This stocking set does not include any images or placement printed on the felt. There are pattern pages that need to be cut out and then cut out of the felt and then the embellishment locations need to be transferred to the felt pieces. The online description does NOT say so. It would have been returned but I waited too long and the return period has passed. I'll donate it graciously and maybe someone else will want to take on all the hassle and extra work.

THE WEIRD tights I've ever bought. Most stocking sets are in felt colors and all cutouts are printed directly onto the felt. Not this one. This one had cutouts printed on PAPER that you had to cut out there and then transfer to the felt. The stupidest thing ever. I have never seen such a set of stockings.
