No Clip: Home Audio

This is advertised as a recording clip. No, that is not so. The clamp has a clutch mechanism. It's only relatively light, but there are others that are better suited for this purpose.

Not so bad.: Home audio

I recently bought a heavier record but it hit the top of the closed dust cover. I like it, but I like the closed dust cover when playing my records. This weight meets that requirement. It doesn't look bad and is pretty well made for the money, but it's quite fun; I complained that the other one was heavier than it could have been and this one is probably a little lighter. I'm not entirely sure if it does any good at all, but now I use it every day. Record weights may be placebos, to be honest…
