I really like this arc lighter. The USB charging cable came with the lighter. The safety switch must be activated before starting the arc. It's easy to use and great for lighting candles that wick deep in the candlestick. The blue light indicates the battery level when it is on. This is a really cool product.

Works well. With some candles it takes some skill to get a fiery arc on the wicks. It just takes practice and patience. I have to charge mine after lighting the candles, but I have quite a few (10) for Christmas. I'd say charge conservation isn't great. Personally, I prefer my flamethrower lighters for their ease and speed of use. This one is kinda funny though.

This lighter is pretty sick. It's also better for the environment since you only have to charge it and don't have to buy a lighter every time you run out of liquid. You just flip the switch, the lights showing battery life come on, and there's a small discharge at the end. The nape rotates for easy handling and now my room is smelling like Harry Styles #tpwk in less than a minute

Cool Stuff! It feels like you're carrying a mini taser. The flexible neck allows candles to be lit no matter how dead they are. I like this electrically rechargeable option as a more environmentally friendly device. I don't worry about where my plastic lighters go after I've used them. The only downside is that since there is no flame, this device is more difficult to use to make fire or other things. This may require an open flame.

One of my smartest purchases from Revain. Matches and lighters with lighter fluid now seem so archaic, let alone wasteful. The extended articulated neck allows you to light tall, multi-wick candles without burning your fingers. It takes a little getting used to because things don't always light up quickly, but once you've gotten through the learning curve it's very easy. Keep the contacts clean and keep the charger handy.

This is a great little lighter that will likely keep your husband entertained for a lifetime. It looks a lot like the lightsaber from Star Wars. Its novelty definitely deserves at least a 4-star rating. Since the lighter works perfectly, it is a pleasure to use. However, charging leaves this little beauty with 4 stars. They say this gives you 600 lights per layer, and that's so far from the truth that it's just ridiculous. But even with that last criticism, it's still a great little lighter…

In general, I can say that it didn't last long. So easy to use, not difficult to turn on, but the candle doesn't light easily because the spark doesn't last long. It seems that after each wick I have to carefully wipe where there is a spark, otherwise it won't work. Sometimes a candle goes out when lit.
