Quit Job Bathroom Accessory

Purchased in August 2018 while we were renovating our bathroom. LOVE a warm towel. It died this week. Just stop warming up. Pretty disappointing.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Long

Returned. the best in the bathroom

I sent it back. One of the white connectors was broken, black spots appeared on the white wire, and the construction appeared to be of poor quality.

Pros
  • Doping 🔥
Cons
  • Not fashionable

Works very well. Don't rush the installation.

Very well thought out. It gets pretty hot and warms towels while looking nice. It's a good design, but careful measurement is required for easy installation. Take your time. Now we have two of them and we really like them.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Quick start guide

8 year lifespan is the best among heated towel rails

I purchased this item during a bathroom renovation 8 years ago. The product has recently stopped working. I replaced it with the same item so I didn't have to change the wall mount. The initial installation requires perfect measurements. Reinstallation is easy. The old item looks like new. It just doesn't work. I have high expectations. I was hoping for a longer lifespan. Has worked well for 8 years. This is a luxury that has become a "necessity" for my wife.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Not just towels. for towel warmer

We got this for a bathtub when we were renovating. I was hoping it would give off enough heat to warm up the room, but it really doesn't. It warms towels really well, but it's too narrow to stack two towels next to each other. It heats up very quickly, so you can use one towel at a time. Installation took about an hour and a half and required an electrician, so it cost an additional $150 to install. We live in the mountains and it's best if it warms your clothes in the morning! The bottom line…

Pros
  • Great design

Nice design but needs some work

This is a beautifully designed towel warmer made from high quality stainless steel. However, there are two downsides: the switch and the power cord. The switch is firmly pressed in and is located on the underside where it is not visible whether it is on or off. The rolled-up power cord severely limits the range of the device. I had to cut through the drywall to install a new outlet for this heater, or use it with an extension cord, which the manufacturer warns against. Also, the manufacturer's…

Some tips for buying and installing

Installed a few minutes ago so can't comment on the work yet. But some tips so far: 1. Be very careful to distinguish between wired models (part number ends with HW) and plug-in version (ends with PL). The one I installed is actually the second one that was sent to me - the first one, from another vendor, definitely said "plugin" in the description, but they sent me the hardware version, and of course when I got the part number checked again, they stated ended in HW.2. The cord is said to be…

Pros

  • Good but not great
