Wera exceeded my standards. I no longer buy kits to convert my rigs to double 80 ratchets. Wera is the new best dog in my toolbox. I'm a mechanic and I use it every day

Excellent ratchet, very thin and well made. Maintenance becomes an issue when you use your tools until they wear out. This ratchet is designed not to be serviced/repaired. So if it breaks for you, you are SOL and must dispose of it.

One star because it's so pretty to look at. Four of these failed with normal or light use. The latch of the nest holder mechanism will fall off and the guts will come out. I was really hoping for a stronger 3/8 ratchet. It's nice to hold in your hands so you can run far into the woods and then get back to work. shish

It *feels* like a good tool in your hands - ergonomic, very strong/heavy and looks like it will take some abuse and last a long time. It's also very thin, which comes in handy when you're short on space to work. A decent amount of teeth too. However, this is where the superlatives end. Where this tool absolutely fails is with the drive connector; the sloppiest connector I've ever seen on a ratchet.
