💾 2GB DDR2-667MHz SODIMM Memory Upgrade for Dell Latitude ATG, Xtremeram Compatible Review

Bought 3 of these modules to upgrade two Dell D630 laptops. The first two modules were installed in a D630 running Windows 7 Pro and the system either didn't get past the BIOS boot screen or then (depending on which module was in which socket) stopped working. than 20 minutes. I can't even get it far enough now to do onboard memory testing. They will come back and I will buy them at the local computer store.

There's not much more to say about this than it's relatively easy to install and does exactly what it's supposed to. I've used it in a Dell D630 laptop that I write books on. It was too slow for my internet research because its RAM was limited. This RAM expansion solved this problem perfectly.

First the product sent to me was an unnamed RAM upgrade. It was 2 gigabytes as described by the seller and was compatible with my computer, but the product was defective and caused my Dell Latitude D520 to crash. Contacted seller 2 days after receipt.
